On June 25, 2021, ABENTEUER FISCHWASSER awarded the “Fishermen of the Year 2020” at the Landhotel Gut Puttererseehof in Aigen im Ennstal. In addition to the board members Elisabeth Dornbusch and Karl and Robert Baldauf, the mayor of Aigen im Ennstal, Walter Kanduth, also honored the award ceremony.
The 2020 Fishermen of the Year were awarded in the categories of peacock fishing, predator fishing and salmonid fishing.
In the category of predator fishing was awarded Stefanie Reichhart, who caught a pike of 80 centimeters and 4.10 kilograms from the Putterersee.
The biggest fish in the category of peace fishing was caught by Sebastian Hackl – his scaled carp from Lake Putterer was an impressive 89 centimeters long!
“Salmonid Fisherman of the Year” Klaus Blättler from Switzerland, who caught his catch during a stay at the Hotel Post in Nauders in Tyrol, became: one Brown trout with a weight of 950 grams and a size of 44 centimeters.
